Your reps film once, in a single short session. Everything above comes off those takes, every month, for as long as the offer stays the same.
The argument
Why this lands when cold email does not
Personade turns one recording from your rep into a different video for every prospect on your list. Here is why the person receiving it treats it differently.
They delete cold email by reflex
Your prospect's inbox is forty near-identical messages a day, and the personalization is a first name in the subject line. Deleting them takes less thought than reading them. You are not losing to a competitor there. You are losing to the delete key.
Nobody deletes a video about their company
Yours opens with your rep on camera, saying the prospect's name in their own voice, talking about their company and their problem. Being seen is rare enough in an inbox to earn thirty seconds, and thirty seconds is more attention than a quarter of cold email buys.
Made one by one, without filming one by one
Each rep records once, in a session that takes minutes rather than a morning. The video is then remade end to end for every prospect on the list: their company, their problem, the ask. A thousand videos that each read as real effort, from one short sitting.
Your script, not ours
Write it your way. Any line can carry your custom variables
There is no house template to inherit. Your team writes its own script, in its own structure, and any word in any line can become a custom variable, regenerated per prospect, in your rep's voice, from your own sheet.
One team’s script, as an example. Yours can be three blocks or ten.
The opening
Hey {{first_name}}, I had a look at {{company}} and {{hook}}.
The pain you name
Most {{role}} teams hit {{pain_point}} right about the time they {{trigger}}.
The ask
If that is you, {{cta}}. Otherwise ignore this and I will not chase you, {{first_name}}.
“Hey Maya, I had a look at Fernwood and saw you are hiring three more reps. Most RevOps teams hit reply rates falling off a cliff right about the time they double the team. If that is you, grab twenty minutes on Thursday.”
Rendered from their row of the sheet, in the rep’s voice
“Hey Tom, I had a look at Northstar and saw the new pricing page. Most founders hit demos going quiet after the first call right about the time they start selling upmarket. If that is you, reply with a time and I will send an agenda.”

How we work with your team
Built with your sales team, not around them
Scripts, delivery, domain, data: if your process needs it different, we make it different. Nothing on this page is a shape you have to fit.
Your reps are on camera
A seat is one person on camera: their face, their voice clone, their recording session. The Pilot starts with one seat; Scale and Volume put more of the team on screen.
3 scripts per seat, written together
We write them with your sales team during onboarding, one per segment, so the words are theirs and not a vendor's. More scripts can be added for a fee, scoped on the call.
Your process stays your process
Send from your own sequencer or CRM, host pages on your own custom domain or skip pages entirely and take the files. We fit into how your team already sells, not the other way around.
The mechanics
The questions a careful buyer asks
Each of these is the actual behaviour, drawn, not a claim to take on trust.
Founders
…demos going quiet
Heads of ops
…reps rewriting the same email
one recording
A different script per segment
Founders get one version, heads of ops get another, and both come out of the same recording. You are not filming twice to say two things.
when the cell is empty
Fallbacks are yours to set
Every custom variable you add carries the line to use when a row is empty, so a half-filled sheet still produces a sentence you would be happy to send.
You said
“Hello Ellis”
Hello {{first_name}}
It keeps your rep's greeting word
If your rep said "Hello Ellis" in the take, everyone gets "Hello". Say "Hey" and everyone gets "Hey". We do not overwrite how your team talks with a house style.
“J.”
cannot be spoken
Spoken: “Hey there”
written on the page: J.
A name it cannot say is never guessed
Every name is checked before anything is spent. If it cannot be spoken cleanly, the line falls back to a neutral greeting rather than mangling it out loud. The written name on the page is still the real one.
I saw that — so I recorded this
never sent
So I recorded this
An empty field does not leave a hole
A row with no hook does not produce "I saw that ..." or a dangling dash. The custom variable comes out and the sentence closes up around it.
Hey {{first_name}}, I had a look at…
Approved, render 1,000nothing runs before this
You see the script before the batch runs
The script is yours to edit, with your custom variables in it. Nothing renders at volume until your team has read the line that a thousand prospects are about to hear.
Delivered your way
Pages on your domain, or just the files
Pages are optional. Some teams want them on their own custom domain, some want no pages at all, just the files and a CSV. All of it is yours to choose, and to change.
A page on your custom domain
If you want the hosted page, it is served from your own subdomain rather than ours, set up with you during onboarding. That is where the watch tracking lives.
Or no pages at all, just the files
Take the finished MP4 per prospect and put it wherever you already send: your own site, a CRM, a sequencer, an attachment. No Personade page in the chain.
A CSV either way
One row per prospect, with the link or the file, ready to drop into your sending tool.
The rollout
Two weeks from kickoff to the first send
Every phase has a date, a split of you and us, and the thing that exists at the end of it.
Two weeks covers 3 scripts per seat
Every extra 3 scripts add about four days, because each one is written with your team and approved before anyone films. Six scripts a seat lands around day 18, nine around day 22. We agree the date on the kickoff call, not after it.
Kickoff call
Day 0
Segments agreed, and we both know what a good reply looks like.
Scripts, written with your team
Day 1–5
3 scripts per seat, with the custom variables mapped to your own columns.
Recording, one session per seat
Day 6
Each rep's master take, and a voice clone made from it.
Sample batch, checked by hand
Day 7–10
Ten finished videos you have watched yourself.
Full batch, then the send
Day 11–14
Your videos in your own sequencer, ready to go out.
Then every month: a new list, the same recordings, no second setup fee.

Day 0
Kickoff call
Segments agreed, and we both know what a good reply looks like.
You: Bring your list, your best-performing email and whoever owns the number.
Us: We pull the segments apart and work out which ones deserve their own script.
Day 1–5
Scripts written with your team
3 scripts per seat, with the custom variables mapped to your own columns.
You: Your reps read them and change anything that does not sound like them out loud. Take the round trip you need.
Us: We write them per segment, map every custom variable to a column, and set the fallback for empty cells.
Day 6
A recording session per seat
Each rep's master take, and a voice clone made from it.
You: One short session per seat, one take per script. Three scripts is under five minutes of footage. This is the only filming there is.
Us: We direct it, clone each voice, and check every take will personalize cleanly before anyone leaves.
Day 7–10
A sample batch, checked by hand
Ten finished videos you have watched yourself.
You: Watch them and tell us what is off. Nothing goes further until you say so.
Us: We render across every segment and check each one before it reaches you.
Day 11–14
The full batch, then the send
Your videos in your own sequencer, ready to go out.
You: Push the campaign from your own tool, on your own domain.
Us: We render the volume and hand back the links or the files, plus the CSV.

Pricing
$18 a video, at every volume.
A fresh render per prospect costs us the same at ten thousand as at one thousand, so the rate never moves. Bigger packages buy more seats and more scripts, not a discount.

The commitments behind the invoice
Two weeks from kickoff
Fourteen days from the first call to the first send, and only one short session per seat of that is on camera. If we are going to miss the date, you hear it from us before it, not after.
One named person, not a queue
The same person runs the call, writes the script with you, checks the first batch and answers the email when something is wrong. There is no support tier to escalate through.
Your list stays your list
It is used to render your videos and nothing else. Not sold, not shared, not used to train anything. Say the word and it is deleted, along with every video made from it.
Read the DPA→You approve before it sends
Nothing goes to a prospect without you seeing it. We check the first batch here, then you read the script and watch a sample before the rest render.
We never touch your domain
Personade does not send email. No connected inbox, no warmed-up domain of ours in the chain, nothing that can put your deliverability on someone else's reputation.
3 months, then monthly
The setup, the scripts and the sends only prove themselves across a quarter, so 3 months is the minimum. After that it runs month to month. No annual lock-in, no auto-renewing year.
Your reps. A seat is one person on camera: their face, their voice clone, their own recording session. The Pilot starts with one seat, Scale has three and Volume five, so a team can put its senders on screen rather than one exec fronting everyone's email. Adding seats later is a conversation, not a re-onboarding.
3 scripts per seat, written with your sales team during onboarding, one per segment, with the custom variables mapped to your own columns. Day-to-day changes go through the custom variables, not rewrites. Extra scripts carry an added fee and add time: roughly four days per 3 extra scripts, because each is written with you and approved before filming.
No. You choose the delivery: a hosted page served from your own custom domain (set up with you during onboarding, which is where watch tracking lives), or no pages at all and you take the MP4 per prospect plus a CSV, and host or attach them however you already work. Nothing about the chain has to touch our domain.
Effectively all of it. The scripts are written with your team, every column of your sheet can become a custom variable, the delivery is pages or files, the domain is yours, and the send happens from your own stack. Enterprise processes differ. Bring yours and we fit it.
3 months minimum, then month to month. The setup and the scripts only prove themselves across a quarter; after that you stay because it works, not because a contract says so.
Because this is sold with onboarding, a recording session and a check on the first batch before it goes out. Under 1,000 videos the setup fee is most of what you pay and neither of us comes out ahead. If you want to send fewer, Product Demo Outreach is the one you want: same face, same voice, a name and a company swapped in rather than the whole video rebuilt.
No, and it is worth saying why. Every video is a fresh render billed by the second, so our cost is the same at ten thousand as it is at one thousand. There is no economy of scale to pass on and we are not going to pretend there is. What grows with the bigger packages is seats and scripts, not a discount.
A voice clone and a guided recording session for every seat, 3 scripts per seat written with your team, your list loaded with the custom variables mapped, and the first batch checked by a person here before anything goes to a prospect. It is one time, not per campaign.
No. Personade never sends anything and never touches your domain. You get the finished videos, their links and a CSV, and your team sends them the way it already sends: your reps' own inboxes, your sequencer, your CRM. There is no warmed-up domain of ours anywhere in the chain, so your deliverability stays entirely yours to manage.
The person on screen is your rep, filmed by them, once. The rebuild is what makes it address this prospect rather than a generic list, and the voice is cloned from that same recording. Nothing pretends to be a live call and nothing invents a person who does not exist.
Two weeks from the kickoff call. Most of that is writing the scripts with your team and your reps approving them, because nothing here is a template. The filming itself is short: three scripts at ninety seconds is under five minutes of footage, so a session runs well under half an hour including setup and retakes.
