Common questions
Isn't sending everyone a video basically spam?
You send it, not us, and you send it to a list you chose. It is one video per person with their own company on it, not a blast to a bought list. If the list is junk, a video will not save it. If the list is good, this is the opposite of spam.
Does this hurt my email deliverability?
No. Personade never sends anything. You export the leads and their video links and send from your own inbox, or from Instantly, Lemlist, or Smartlead. Your domain reputation stays yours.
Is the video fake or AI?
The walkthrough is genuinely you, recorded once. Only the opening line is generated: Personade writes it, says it in your cloned voice, and lip-syncs it onto your footage. Nothing pretends to be a live call.
How many videos can I make from one recording?
