We built a tool because we could not make ourselves sell
Personade is for people who can build the thing and freeze at selling it. One of us is one of them.
How it started
Every founder we know
has the same split
You can build anything. Getting people to look at it is another story.
Built between Bali and the UK
Personade’s founders are three mates who met online, swapping stories about building and scaling their own businesses. Somewhere in those conversations, they noticed the same problem kept showing up and decided to fix it.
Jo-Rémi tried the advice everyone gives: record personalized videos, and you’ll get replies. He made five Looms and gave up on the sixth. Recording the same pitch two hundred times is not a job for a human.
Niall Cleaver is the selling half. He helped grow and scale businesses while building in public to sixty thousand followers, and watched technical founders undersell brilliant products for years.
Dani Rodriguez had already done both ends of it twice. He built Tokfluence, the search tool marketers use to find TikTok creators, and TariffApi. Two products he wrote himself and then had to find an audience for. He builds here too.
Between them, the problem was obvious: the advice works, but no one can execute it at scale. Now they’re here building Personade together.

Builds the product
Jo-Rémi Saada
Technical founder. Writes the code, and would rather do anything than run a cold-email campaign. Works from Bali.
Sells it
Niall Cleaver
Grew and scaled businesses while building in public to sixty thousand LinkedIn followers. Has watched technical founders undersell good products for years.
Builds it and gets it seen
Dani Rodriguez
Built Tokfluence, the search tool marketers use to find TikTok creators, and TariffApi. Two products of his own, coded and distributed. Does both here.
Honest outreach, or none.
Three rules we will not trade away to make the numbers look better.
Your face, your voice
The video is genuinely you. Only the opening greeting is cloned, from your own recording. We never put words in a stranger's mouth.
Only true things
The opening line is about the lead's real business, not their first name dropped into a template. The effort is the point. Faking it defeats it.
You send it, not us
Personade never sends anything. You review the first renders, send every link yourself, and keep your domain clean. The analytics are for you, never performed at the lead.
