13 tools for personalized video outreach

What each one costs, how it is priced, and who it is actually for. Including ours, which is not at the top of the list.

Public pricing, checked 5 August 2026

How to read this

Every price here came off the vendor’s own pricing page on 5 August 2026, monthly billing, so the column compares like with like.

Nothing is scored and nothing is ranked, because we have not used all 12 of these in anger and will not pretend otherwise. Where we have, there is a full comparison page linked below. Prices change, so if you spot one that has moved, tell us and we will fix it.

What they cost, side by side

The column that matters most is the last one. Almost everything here is priced per seat, which is a sensible way to sell to a sales team and an expensive way to sell to one person.

Which one is for you

01 Personade

Not published

Turns one recording into a personalized video and its own page for every prospect, run as a done-with-you campaign.

Pick it if
Your team has a real list and nobody is going to record the same pitch two hundred times.
Skip it if
You need a video library, a CMS, or a recorder for one-off videos. We do not do those.

02 Loom

$18/mo

The screen recorder most people already have. One video, shared with anyone.

Pick it if
You want fast async video for colleagues, walkthroughs and one-off replies.
Skip it if
You need a different video per prospect. Loom gives everyone the same one.

03 Vidyard

Not published

A mature sales-video platform built around a team, with CRM integrations and advanced analytics.

Pick it if
You have a sales team of five or more and want video inside an existing CRM process.
Skip it if
You are one person. You cannot even see what the entry tier costs without a trial.

04 Sendspark

$49/mo

Personalized and dynamic video for outreach, closest in intent to what Personade does.

Pick it if
You want dynamic video and are happy metering it in minutes rather than sends.
Skip it if
You want the lead list to come with the tool. Sendspark works from a list you bring.

05 Pitchlane

$37/mo

One recording played over a bot-captured recording of each prospect's website. Audio is the same for everyone.

Pick it if
You want the cheapest per-render way to drop a video link into a high-volume sequence.
Skip it if
You want the prospect to hear their name. Pitchlane's own guide says not to say it.

06 RepliQ

$39/mo

A credit-metered kit of personalized elements: website and social backgrounds, AI first lines, voice-cloned greetings, dynamic sales pages.

Pick it if
You run outreach across several channels and like wiring the pieces together in Zapier or Make.
Skip it if
You want one campaign, not a kit. Every element per lead is its own credit.

07 Potion

$99/mo

Clones your face, voice and gestures from four minutes of footage, then generates an AI version of you per lead from a typed script.

Pick it if
You want to generate video from text, in several languages, without recording again.
Skip it if
Your buyers will notice a synthetic face. Personade keeps the footage real and clones only the voice.

08 BombBomb

$42/mo

Video email, long established, strongest in real estate and relationship-led sales.

Pick it if
You send video email to people who already know your name.
Skip it if
You are sending cold, at volume, from one recording.

09 Dubb

$59/mo

Video with landing pages, CTAs and tracking, plus a free tier that is genuinely usable.

Pick it if
You want to try video outreach before paying anything.
Skip it if
You need one recording to become many personalized videos.

10 Hippo Video

$30/mo

Video for sales and support teams, with an AI editor and a separate text-to-video product.

Pick it if
You want the cheapest per-seat entry point on this list.
Skip it if
Ten videos a month is your cap on the entry tier, which cold outreach passes in a day.

11 Bonjoro

$25/mo

Warm, hand-filmed videos to people who just signed up, bought, or churned.

Pick it if
You want to delight customers you already have, one at a time.
Skip it if
You are reaching cold leads. Every Bonjoro is filmed by you, individually.

12 HeyGen

$29/mo

General-purpose AI avatar video: digital twins, 175+ languages, and a template-plus-CSV personalization workflow with an API.

Pick it if
You need avatar video for training, marketing or translation as well as outreach, and have someone to own the pipeline.
Skip it if
You want a real rep on screen and a sales campaign, not video infrastructure.

13 Wistia

$79/mo

Marketing video hosting: a player you control, channels, embeds and audience analytics.

Pick it if
You are hosting marketing video on your own site and care about the player.
Skip it if
You want outreach. Wistia is a hosting and marketing tool, not a prospecting one.

What every comparison is really about

This is what your lead opens

Not a player, not a share page. Their own page: your video recorded once, your own opening said back with their name in it, in your voice, and the buttons you chose. Every tool above does something adjacent to this. None of them does this.

Rotating through example senders. Sample data.

What the comparison always comes down to

One video, or one per prospect

Recorders give everyone the same video. Personade records you once and rebuilds that video per prospect with their name in it, in your cloned voice, so two hundred prospects is still one take.

Whether the leads come with it

Every tool above works from a list you already have. Personade builds the campaign around your list with you, and can help source it, so finding the people is not a second job.

Seats, or campaigns

Per-seat pricing charges for people. Personade is priced per campaign: scoped against your list on the first call, fixed before production, so the number matches the work.

Full detail on pricing and how it works.

Book the intro call.

15 minutes. You tell us how your team does outreach today, we show you how Personade rebuilds a video for every prospect on your list.

No pitch deck. We scope on the call.
You speak with a founder, not an SDR.
You leave with a price.
