What exactly is a credit?
One credit makes one personalized video for one lead, whatever its length, up to a 90-second demo. A longer video does not cost more credits.
Do credits roll over?
Plan credits reset at the start of each billing month. Top-up credits were bought with your own money, so they never expire.
What does finding leads cost?
Nothing, for LinkedIn and Google Businesses sourcing. You spend a credit when a video is generated, not when a lead is found. The one exception is verified-email database leads, which cost 1 credit per 5 leads found.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. Monthly only, cancel whenever. We would rather earn next month than lock you into twelve.
Will this hurt my deliverability?
Personade never sends anything. You get links and send them from your own inbox or LinkedIn at your own pace. No shared sending infrastructure, no spam fingerprint.
Could I not just do this with Loom?
