Pricing

Every campaign is different, so every price is.

Personade is priced per campaign, not per seat. You get a fixed number on the first call, before anything is produced.

What moves it

Three questions, and then a number.

These are the only things on the call that change the quote.

01

How many people

A campaign is priced against the list. Fifty people and two thousand are different jobs, and the cost per person falls as the list grows.

02

How deep the personalization

Swapping a name and a company is one thing. A line written from something specific to that person, in every video, is another. Both are real options and they price differently.

03

How often you run it

The first campaign carries the recording, the voice setup and the script work. Everything after it reuses all three, so a team running campaigns quarterly pays less per campaign than a team running one.

Always included

In every campaign,
whatever it costs

  • The recording session and the script written with your team
  • Your rep's voice clone, built from that recording and used only for you
  • A rebuilt video and a landing page for every person on the list
  • Watch analytics per person: opened, watched, clicked, booked
  • A review pass before anything goes out in bulk
  • The API, if you want the campaign inside your own dashboard

Never charged

What is not
on the invoice

  • Per-seat licences. Add your whole team, it changes nothing.
  • A platform fee on top of the campaign.
  • Sending. You send from your own inboxes, so there is nothing to pay us for it.
  • An annual lock-in before the first campaign has run.

Frequently Asked
Questions

Straight answers on how a campaign runs, what the AI does and does not do, and who owns what.

Because there is no single price that would be true. A campaign is scoped against your list and how far the personalization goes, so a number here would be either meaninglessly wide or wrong for most people reading it. You get a fixed number on the first call, before anything is produced, and it does not move afterwards.

Per campaign. Seats are free and unlimited, because the people on your team are not what costs us anything. What costs is producing a video and a page for each person on your list, so that is what you pay for.

There is a practical one rather than a stated one. Below roughly fifty people your reps are usually better off recording the videos themselves, and we will say so on the call rather than sell you a campaign that does not pay for itself.

Fifteen minutes. You tell us how your team does outreach today and roughly who you are trying to reach. We tell you what that campaign would cost and what it would take from your side. No deck, and you speak to a founder rather than an SDR.

Not to run the first campaign. Teams that keep going usually move to a rolling arrangement afterwards because it is cheaper per campaign, but that is a decision made after you have seen the results, not before.

You will know quickly, because every video reports back. A campaign ends as a ranked list of who watched what, so the question is answered with data rather than a feeling. We would rather scope the second one properly than sell you a repeat of something that did not land.
