How do you manage multiple LinkedIn accounts without losing track?
Most people start with tabs. One browser profile per account, a spreadsheet of who was contacted from where, and a lot of switching to check replies. It works for two accounts. By the fourth, someone gets messaged twice and a reply sits unread for a week.
Personade puts every account in one workspace instead. You connect each LinkedIn account once. It runs in the cloud from its own fixed address, so nothing depends on a laptop being open. Each campaign sends from one account you choose. Every reply comes back to one inbox, and a reply stops that person everywhere.
This page is about how running several accounts works. If you are an agency deciding whether Personade fits the way you work with clients, our page on LinkedIn automation for agencies covers that side.
Several LinkedIn accounts, one workspace
A workspace is where your campaigns, leads, inbox and settings live. On the Agency plan you can connect as many LinkedIn accounts to it as you pay for. On Pro it is one.
The number of accounts is simply the number on your plan. Want a fifth? Add it from Billing inside the app. It applies straight away and you pay only for the rest of the month, not a full month.
If you try to connect more accounts than your plan covers, we stop you and ask you to add one first. If you ever end up with more connected than you pay for, say after lowering your plan, only the accounts you choose keep running. You pick them with "Use this account" in Settings.
Seats are accounts
You pay per LinkedIn account connected, not per person who logs in.
Add one any time
From Billing in the app. It applies at once and is prorated.
You choose who runs
With more accounts than seats, only the ones you pick keep sending.
Each campaign sends from the account you pick
When you build a campaign, you choose its sender: one of the LinkedIn accounts in your workspace. Every invite, message, profile view and follow in that campaign comes from that account, and the leads it imports are tied to it too.
That keeps things clean. A client's campaign goes out from the client's own profile. Your cofounder's campaign goes out from theirs. Nobody gets a message from a name they did not expect.
Want to reach two groups from two accounts? Run two campaigns. Each one has its own sequence, its own lead list and its own sender, side by side in the same workspace.
One sender per campaign
A campaign never spreads itself across several accounts.
Many campaigns per account
One account can send several campaigns, all counted against its own limits.
Easy to report on
You always know which account reached which lead.
Each LinkedIn account is protected on its own
Running several accounts from one place is only useful if one account's activity never spills onto another's. So the things that keep an account safe are kept apart for each one.
Every account gets its own static residential IP and keeps it. Two accounts never share one. Every newly connected account starts its own 21-day warm-up, so an account you add in month three still starts slow. And every account counts its own actions against the daily limits and the weekly invite cap. More on all of this on our account safety page.
Some things are one setting for the whole workspace, and we want to be clear about which. The limit numbers, the working hours and the time zone are set once and apply to every account. Each account then runs inside them on its own counters.
| What | Per LinkedIn account | One setting for the workspace |
|---|---|---|
| Residential IP address | Yes, its own, fixed | No |
| 21-day warm-up | Yes, starts when that account connects | No |
| Daily and weekly counters | Yes, each account counts its own | No |
| Daily limit numbers | No | Yes, one set of numbers |
| Working hours | No | Yes, one schedule |
| Time zone | No | Yes, one time zone |
| Do-not-contact list | No | Yes, checked for every account |
Every reply from every account in one inbox
Replies are where the work is, so checking five LinkedIn inboxes is the part people hate most. Our unified inbox shows the conversations your campaigns started across all your accounts. Switch to one account at a time when you want to focus, with an unread count beside each.
When you reply, it goes out as the account that owns the conversation. You never have to remember who wrote to whom.
New replies sync about every 15 minutes in working hours, and you can hit Refresh at any time. You also get an email when someone replies.
All accounts, or one
One view for everything, and a switcher for each account.
Replies as the right person
The answer always leaves from the account that started the thread.
Campaign leads only
Personal LinkedIn messages stay on LinkedIn. We only store conversations with your leads.
Several accounts, and nobody hears from you twice
With more than one account, the classic mistake is two accounts writing to the same person. It looks careless, and the person notices.
Leads belong to the workspace, not to one account. So when someone replies, their sequence stops at once in every campaign, whichever account sent it. By default, a campaign also skips anyone another campaign has already reached.
Your do-not-contact list works the same way. Add a customer, a partner or a competitor once and no account in the workspace will contact them.
Who runs several LinkedIn accounts in Personade
Agencies that run outreach for clients, from each client's own profile. Small sales teams where two or three people each prospect on LinkedIn. Founders who share outreach with a cofounder. What they have in common: several real people, each with their own LinkedIn account, and one person or team keeping it all running. Agencies can read more on our agency page.
Pricing follows the same idea. Pro is for one account. Agency is priced per account, with at least 3, and every feature is on both plans.
It is not for running extra accounts for one person. LinkedIn's User Agreement asks each person to keep one account, in their real name. Every account you connect should belong to a real person who has agreed to it.
Agencies
Each client's campaigns go out from that client's own profile.
Sales teams
Each rep's account prospects on its own, with one shared inbox for replies.
Founders
You and a cofounder, two accounts, one set of leads, no overlap.
How to add more LinkedIn accounts
From one account to several, this is all it takes.
- 1
Make sure you have a seat
On the Agency plan, add accounts from Billing in the app. It applies at once and is prorated. The 14-day trial runs up to 3 accounts.
- 2
Connect the account
Sign in to that LinkedIn account inside Personade. If LinkedIn sends a code or asks for approval in its app, the account owner does that step. We encrypt the password and delete it once signed in.
- 3
It gets its own address
The account gets its own residential IP, near where it connected from, and keeps it from then on.
- 4
The warm-up starts
Day one runs at 30% of your limits and climbs to full speed on day 21, for that account only.
- 5
Pick it as a sender
Build a campaign and choose this account as the one it sends from.
- 6
Reply from one inbox
Replies from every account come back to the same inbox, and go out again as the right account.
What multi-account does not do yet
Honest limits, so you know exactly what you are getting.
- No teammate invites yet. One login is one workspace, so the person who manages the workspace runs all its accounts.
- No user roles, no client logins and no white label. Clients do not get their own view of the workspace.
- Each campaign sends from one account. We do not rotate one campaign across several senders.
- Limit numbers, working hours and time zone are one setting for the whole workspace. You cannot give one account different hours or a different time zone.
- Each account counts its own actions, has its own IP and runs its own warm-up. That part is per account.
- Pro covers one LinkedIn account. For more, you need the Agency plan.
- Every account you connect should belong to a real person who agreed to it. LinkedIn's rules allow one account per person.

Still wondering?
help@personade.comNot for one person. LinkedIn's User Agreement asks each member to keep one account, in their real name. What Personade does is different: it lets you run several real people's accounts from one place, like your own and your cofounder's, or each of your clients'. Every account you connect should belong to someone who has agreed to it.
Connect each account to one Personade workspace. Each account runs in the cloud from its own fixed residential IP, so you do not need a browser profile per account. You choose which account each campaign sends from, and every reply comes back to one inbox, where you answer as the right account.
By keeping each account's activity separate and modest. In Personade, every client account gets its own residential IP, its own 21-day warm-up and its own daily and weekly counters, so one busy account never pushes another over its limits. A reply stops that lead in every campaign, and anything that looks like a LinkedIn restriction stops that account at once.
No. Each campaign sends from one account you choose. To reach people from two accounts, run two campaigns, one per account. They sit side by side in the same workspace and share the same inbox.
Not yet. One login is one workspace today, so the person who manages the workspace runs all the accounts in it. There are no user roles or client logins yet.
No. Personade has no white label and no separate client workspaces. Your clients' campaigns run from their own LinkedIn profiles, but the workspace itself is yours.
Pro is $49 a month for one account. Agency is $39 per account a month, or $29 per account a month billed yearly, with at least 3 accounts. You add accounts from Billing in the app, and the change is prorated.
Yes. The Agency plan starts with 14 days free, and the trial runs up to 3 LinkedIn accounts. Once it ends, you can run as many accounts as you pay for.
