Use case: agencies

Win clients without sounding like every other agency

Prospects delete agency cold emails on sight. Send a personalized video with their own business on it instead: record your pitch once, open each one specific to them, and book the call you would have missed.

Why agency cold email gets ignored

Every prospect has a folder full of agencies promising more leads, better ads, or a new site. The pitches all read the same, so they get the same treatment, which is none. Being good at the work does not help if the first touch looks like everyone else's.

What Personade sends instead

A page with the prospect's own business on it, where you appear on camera greeting them by name and company in your own words, then showing how you would approach it. It reads as an agency that already did the homework, because you did.

Why it wins the work

Clients hire the agency that clearly understood them first. A personalized video is proof of understanding before the call, so you walk in as the one who paid attention instead of the fifth cold email of the day.

A realistic week

Pull a list of the businesses you want as clients from LinkedIn, Google Maps, or your own CSV. Record your pitch once. Generate a personalized video for every prospect, each opening with their own name and company in your voice, and send the links from your own inbox. Personade never sends a thing, so your deliverability stays yours. Then you watch who plays it and follow up the ones who did.

On screen

What the prospect opens

Not a deck and not a capabilities email. A page opening with their own business and your pitch playing on it, which is the proof you did the homework that every other agency claims.

Common questions

Do I have to record a new video for every niche I pitch?

No. You record your pitch once and reuse it. Only the opening line changes per prospect, grounded in their business, so a single recording covers a whole outreach batch even across different client types. If you run very different offers, record one short pitch per offer, not one per prospect.

Is this only for solo agency owners?

It is built for whoever does the outreach, which in most small agencies is the founder or one person. The person on camera should be the one who will show up to the call. If that is you, this fits. It is not a per-seat platform for a large sales team.

Does the video replace the sales call?

No, it earns the sales call. The video is the first impression that gets a busy prospect to reply and book, where a cold email would have been deleted. You still close on the call, you just get more of them.

Won't prospects know it is partly generated?

The pitch is genuinely you, recorded once. Only the opening line is generated, in your cloned voice, and lip-synced onto your footage. It is grounded in the prospect's real business, never invented, so it reads as research, not a trick.

Book the intro call.
